CSM Electronics houses an Ersa PL 550. This calibrated precision placement system is used for positioning all types of fine pitch BGA/SMT components in sizes from 1mm x 1mm to 60mm x 60mm.
The integrated high resolution PAL CCD motorized zoom camera enables us to precisely align the components by means of two superimposed images. The images can be brought into alignment through X/Y and rotational fine adjustments.
The motor-driven Z-axis, the automatically operating "pick and place" mechanism and the precision PCB table ensure efficient and reliable placement, which is 100% guaranteed.
