CSM Electronics Limited was established in 1990 to provide a high quality manufacturing solution for printed circuit board assembly and in 2002 & 2003, CSM won a Delloite & Touche Technologies Fast 50 award for growth.
We continue to serve many diverse industries including, mobility, communications, computer peripherals, medical equipment and satellite products. We provide automatic assembly of PCB's including flexible, ceramics and aluminium, using all types of components from 0201 through to micro BGA, to a high degree of complexity.
Our flexibility in satisfying existing and prospective customer's needs coupled with our responsive behaviour to their specific requirements continues to play a key role in our success.
We can tailor our service to meet your needs to give you a complete solution for manufacture, we can procure the components and materials, with full traceability, or customers can Free Issue them. We have a full range of Test equipment and can offer an automated selective Conformal Coating service.
We have expanded our manufacturing in Dorset to four linked units now, 20,000 sq.ft. investing heavily in equipment and staff to support our continued growth. With 6 Panasonic Production Lines with a capacity to place over 300,000 components per hour and the capability to populate assemblies of either high volume, high complexity or low volume fast turnaround and, everything in between!
